The IAEA released its most detailed report on Iran's nuclear capabilities. The report is likely to be used by the U.S. and the west to push for further sanctions against Iran. Iran's president derided the report as a tool of America and questioned why the IAEA doesn't focus on the weapons caches of western civilizations.
