Suspect hunted after bullet strikes White House

This article talks about the hunt for a suspect after the WH was struck by bullets recently. The guy is described as being possibly mentally ill which is ambiguous since it also describes him as having gang tattoos. Three dots on his right hand, catholic imagery on his torso. They also describe him using all four of his Latin names. None of these things mean definitively that he's in a gang, but gang members have these things in common. If he's mentally ill, it's the kind of mentally ill that makes a guy kill for a gang.
